Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PMHNP Review application (the "App") operated by PsychNPFellowship.com ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at pmhnpreview.org. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

Description of Service

PMHNP Review is a web-based study tool that provides practice questions, exam simulations, and progress tracking to help psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner candidates prepare for board certification exams. The App is designed as a supplementary study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), or any other certifying body.

Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, such as cross-device progress syncing, you may register using your email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal exam preparation. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the App's content, including practice questions, explanations, and exam materials. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the App. You may not interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, security features, or other users' access. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including practice questions, answer explanations, study materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of PsychNPFellowship.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App.

Educational Disclaimer

The App is provided as a study aid only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of all content, we make no guarantees that using the App will result in passing any certification exam. The practice questions and materials in the App are independently developed and may not reflect the exact content, format, or difficulty of actual certification exams. The App does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional recommendations. You should not rely solely on this App for your exam preparation.

Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may add, change, or remove features, questions, or content at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to or unavailability of the App.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychNPFellowship.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve desired exam results, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PsychNPFellowship.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
